At Hyderabad Runners, we strive to ensure that you have a satisfying experience when interacting with our services, purchasing our merchandise, or participating in our events and training programs. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds, cancellations, and exchanges are processed.
1. Event Registration
1.1 Refund Policy
- Event registration fees are non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to non-participation due to personal reasons, medical conditions, or travel issues.
- In the event of cancellation or rescheduling of an event by Hyderabad Runners, participants will be notified, and refund options will be provided as applicable.
1.2 Transfer of Registration
- Transfer of registration to another participant is not allowed under any circumstances. If a transfer is discovered, the runner will be given 2 weeks to justify that they have not transferred their registration. If the reply is deemed unsatisfactory, they will be blacklisted and banned from participating in any future events organized by Hyderabad Runners.
2. Merchandise
2.1 Return & Exchange Policy
- We accept returns or exchanges for merchandise, such as T-shirts, within 7 days of delivery, provided the items are unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags intact.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested size or item is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be issued.
2.2 Defective or Incorrect Merchandise
- If you receive defective or incorrect merchandise, please contact us at support AT hyderabadrunners.com within 7 days of delivery with proof of purchase and images of the product. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including return shipping costs.
3. Training Programs
3.1 Refund Policy
- Fees for training programs are non-refundable once the program has commenced.
3.2 Missed Sessions
- No refunds or make-up sessions will be provided for missed training sessions. Exceptions may be made for prolonged absences due to medical reasons, at the discretion of Hyderabad Runners.
4. Payment Disputes

5. General Guidelines
