Hyderabad Runners Empowers New Runners with KOUCH to 5K Training Program
Since its launch in 2015, the Hyderabad Runners KOUCH to 5K training program has helped over 5000 beginners start their running journey and adopt an active lifestyle.
Introducing Kouch25K, a Hyderabad Runners’ initiative designed to guide aspiring runners on their journey towards a healthy lifestyle.
Geared towards beginners, this program is perfect for anyone looking to begin their running journey but doesn’t know where to start.
Our team of experienced Mentors is dedicated to providing expert guidance, training plans, and a supportive community to ensure your success. With a focus on gradual progression, we prioritize building your endurance and fitness levels, ensuring that you never feel overwhelmed or discouraged.
Training Program Details –
- Duration of the Program – 6 weeks
- Start – Monday 15th July 2024
- End – Saturday 24th Aug 2024
- Weekly 3 Days (Mon, Wed & Sat or Tue, Thu & Sat)
- 6 AM to 7 AM (Across all locations)
- Fee ₹ 800 inc taxes (fee is collected only for your confirmed entry to NMDC Hyderabad Marathon 5k Run)
The minimum age to register is 10 Years
Registration fee includes –
- A confirmed entry to NMDC Hyderabad Marathon 2024 – 5k Run
- NMDC Hyderabad Marathon 2024 – Official merchandise (Drifit Tee shirt) + Goodie bag + customised Bib
- Post Run Finisher Medal & Refreshments

- In any case, if we don’t get the required minimum of 10 registrations, you will be clubbed with the nearest training location or will refund the fee.
- Registration is non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Entry fees to the parks are to be taken care of by participants.
