Hyderabad Runners Supports New Runners (beginners) with the KOUCH to 5K Training Program
Since its inception in 2015, the Hyderabad Runners KOUCH to 5K training program has successfully guided over 7000 beginners in starting their running journey and embracing a more active lifestyle.
Introducing Kouch25K, an initiative by Hyderabad Runners aimed at assisting aspiring runners in their pursuit of an active lifestyle.
This program is tailored for beginners and is ideal for anyone eager to embark on their running journey but unsure of where to begin.
Our team of experienced mentors is committed to offering expert guidance, structured training plans, and a nurturing community to help you succeed. Emphasizing gradual progression, we focus on enhancing your endurance and fitness levels, ensuring you never feel overwhelmed or discouraged.
Training Program Details –
- Duration of the Program – 8 weeks
- Start – Monday 23rd December 2024
- End – Sunday 16th Feb 2025
- Weekly 3 Days (Mon, Wed & Sat or Tue, Thu & Sat)
- 6 AM to 7 AM (Across all locations)
- Fee ₹ 500 inc taxes
- The minimum age to register is 10 Years
