Rajesh Nayak is working as Police Constable in Cherlapally PS since 2 and half years before he worked in Kushaiguda Ps for a year and before he had worked in Maheshwaram PS …
During his posting he had joined the INTERCEPTOR where he find the passion of running …

Rajesh Nayak had started his journey of running from sept 28th with PINK RUN which was on last September and that’s was his first ever competitive run… Where he stood 12th and then he had out perform many athletes of his age … His first HALF MARATHON was on OCT 12TH where he participated in Karimnagar HM which he finished under 1:34:30 mins …
And his first marathon was on NOV 2nd which was conducted by NEB in Hyderabad which he had stood 7th with the timing of 3:48 mins … And then on there was no stoppage he had participated in every run every where possible… He had started his PROCAM journey from World 25k Kolkata 2025 where he was finished under 1.47 mins with the pace 4.15 min per km … From on his dream of achieving sub 3 hours marathon has become soo strong as rock … Hello worked day and night followed the Plan given by COROS watch and went to Mumbai with lot of dreams and aspirations… Where he finished in 2:58:33 he stood 81th out of 16000 Olympic, International, National . state , club athletes … Which stands as his biggest achievement till date …
With the pace of 4.14 where he out run many of international athletes …
Sub 3 hours is no joke … Many athletes believe that sub 4 is great achievement but achieving this massive feet in his 2md Full Marathon is a dream come true … He believed in 3D where Discipline determination and dedication.. he was so determined, dedicated and disciplined through out his journey…

He was a police man where he should work 12 hours on duty and sometimes 24 hours it’s not easy to maintain that consistency but still he manages to do it being with his Family where he has 2 kids one boy and one girl … He was looking to enter his kids into running soon …

Since discovering his passion for running he didn’t stop running it may be Morning or afternoon or evening or night or sometimes midnights he just runs miles and miles to keep his tempo and he likes the suffering from running …

HR means to me is first run @ HR Club run 2026 from there i was greatly committed to HR Programs in Regular Volunteering.
