KOUCH to 5K Training – 2026 Powered by Hyderabad Runners Hyderabad Runners has been supporting beginners in their fitness journey through the KOUCH to 5K Training Program since 2015. Over the years, more than 7,000 first-time runners have successfully embraced running and taken their first steps toward a healthier and more active lifestyle.
This program is tailored for beginners and is perfect for anyone eager to start running but unsure where to begin. With the guidance of our experienced mentors, you’ll receive structured training, expert advice, and the motivation of a nurturing community. Our approach emphasizes gradual progression, ensuring you build endurance and confidence without feeling overwhelmed.
Training Program Details
- Duration: 8 Weeks
- Start Date: Monday, 15 June 2026
- Graduation Run: Scheduled for Saturday, 02nd Aug 2026
- Sessions: 3 days a week (Mon, Wed & Sat OR Tue, Thu & Fri)
- Time: 6:00 AM – 7:00 AM (Across all locations)
- Fee: 500 (Inclusive of GST)
- Minimum Age: 10 years
